Main Responsibilities:

Guest reception: Check-in and Check-out;
Management related to room occupancy, assignment, and sales;
Shift supervision and coordination;
Billing, posting, and collection of consumptions;
Promote hotel services and handle reservations;
Management and routing of telephone calls;
Passing on information and pending matters to the next shift;
Handling complaints and forwarding them to the supervisor;
Respond to guest requests for external reservations;
Provide tourist, historical, and cultural information about Lisbon;
Ensure/anticipate all guest needs, respecting the hotel’s principles and values;
Management of lost and found items under the reception’s responsibility.

Requirements:

Higher education or technical training in hotel management or tourism techniques;
Proven experience as a receptionist in a 4* or higher hotel;
Essential language: Portuguese and English (written and spoken), other languages are valued;
Excellent presentation and communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation;
Sense of commitment, autonomy, and dedication;
Team spirit, friendliness, and punctuality;
Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays;
Computer literacy (knowledge of reservation platforms and Inovguest is valued).

Guest Relations (m/f) – Hotel Mundial

Provides a service aimed at building customer loyalty through personalized attention, focusing not only on their needs but also on their desires and motivations.

Primarily operates in the lobby, playing a crucial role in meeting customer needs and striving to exceed expectations, promoting an excellent image of the hotel and ensuring process standardization across the Group.

Main Responsibilities:

Personally welcome guests and greet them warmly;
Assist regular and VIP guests to streamline the check-in and check-out processes;
Coordinate with the reception manager specific welcoming actions for regular, VIP, or strategic Booking guests;
Recognize customer needs and take an active “upselling” approach;
Move around the lobby during peak hours to assist guests, coordinating efforts with the Reception and Bellboy teams, ensuring quality service for the guest;
Receive guest feedback, suggestions, and complaints, seeking quick and effective solutions.

Requirements

Degree in Hotel Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields;
Professional experience in the role, minimum of 2 years, as a Receptionist/Guest Relations;
Fluent in English and French (other languages are valued);
Knowledge of the PMS Inovguest (preferred);
Team spirit, proactivity, and dynamism;
Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel;
Strong knowledge of Front Office management;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Passion for service and customer satisfaction.

Mission:

Supports the Head Housekeeper in the monthly/daily management of the Housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the floor and common area teams in cleaning and organizing rooms (task distribution);

Responsibilities:

Performs services and tasks related to floors, public areas, and laundry with high versatility and flexibility, following the strategies defined by supervision;
Ensures the cleaning of corridors, carpets, windows, façades, curtains, and other entrusted items;
Participates in the collection of dirty laundry and distribution of clean laundry to various services and floors;
Actively cooperates with the floor, public area, and laundry teams;
Transports and collects materials between various Units in Lisbon;
Executes assigned tasks according to work plans, ensuring the highest service standards;
Is familiar with the quality indicators of Housekeeping cleaning and tidying services;
Completes checklists and operational procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality standards;
Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with guests, ensuring rooms meet their preferences and expectations;
Coordinates daily tasks considering special requests for VIPs and frequent guests in the hotel, and knows the appropriate procedures for them.

Requirements:

High school diploma (12th grade);
Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in similar roles, such as housekeeping or maintenance;
Category B driver’s license (mandatory);
Fluency in Portuguese, with English language skills valued;
Strong ability to manage personal and social emotions;
Good teamwork skills;
Excellent communication, mutual assistance, and stress resistance;
